    There were lots of these memorial poster sites around town | The old Roman forums |   The Roman town wall | The medieval tower of Gignod (the town we spent the night in). It was an easy walk from the hotel we stayed at. I had a hard time finding a place for us to stay - had to call 5 places in my shaky French (in this part of Italy they usually speak French as well) before I found one with a vacancy. |   There was a mulberry tree in the park around the tower! | On Sunday we went to Fenis Castle.
